Group holiday flexibility
We understand that booking a group holiday can be a little tricky. That's why we've made it as easy as possible with some additional benefits to help you along the way.
- FREE pre-bookable seating on groups of more than 10 people. Available on Thomson Airways flights.
- FREE name changes up to 4 weeks prior to departure on Thomson Airways flights.
- We've got a dedicated Groups Team so you can deal with the same person throughout the booking process.
- Extended opening hours from 9.15am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 10am - 6pm Wednesday and Saturday.
- We'll stay in regular contact prior to departure to give you peace of mind about every detail.
- 1 in 10 excursions booked is FREE.
How to qualify for group reductions
Please note that group reductions apply on charter flights only and are based on 7 night durations and do not include flight supplements, extra meals or insurance.
All we ask is that names are supplied in writing at least 10 weeks before the departure date. name changes may be made on charter flights only, up until ticket issue which is usually 4 weeks prior to departure. Changes after this time will be subject to an administation charge.
