In Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Slovenia a representative will be there to help out and answer any questions. They're there to make sure you get a great service. In our other destinations we provide a telephone service - you'll be able to call our local experts should you have any queries.
They will be able to point you in the right direction of what to see and do, as well as help out if you need assistance during your holiday.

24 hour assistance
For all our resorts you'll be given a contact number in your information pack for the holiday representative or a local agent, who can provide advice and support when you really need it. For more day-to-day assistance, you'll find the staff at your accommodation more than happy to help.

Your holiday information pack
This pack has loads of useful info to help plan your holiday. It's available from 28 days before your holiday and is specific to your resort, so you can start planning your trip way before you land.

- Maps - download resort maps and walking routes to get your bearings
- Weather - latest updates so you can pack the right stuff
- Ideas - lots of suggestions of excursions and activities

If you provide us with your mobile phone number we'll send useful information straight to your phone ‚ including the 24 hour assistance number for your resort‚ and rest assured, we won't use your number for any other purpose
